Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of the Helderberg, Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa offers a serene escape that envelops you in tranquility. The spa's comprehensive treatments rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit, leaving you invigorated. During my stay, I indulged in a relaxing massage that melted away the stresses of daily life.Exploring the immaculate grounds, I found myself enjoying the peaceful sun terrace and the outdoor pool area by the spa. While the lack of a gym was a slight disappointment, the serene poolside setting more than made up for it. The surrounding wine estates, especially Lourensford, added a touch of elegance to the experience. The courteous staff, from Reception to Catering, exuded a warm, welcoming aura. The dated bathrooms were a minor flaw, but the spacious rooms with their patio and loungers were a delightful retreat. The gourmet breakfast buffet at the outdoor restaurant was a highlight, tantalizing my taste buds each morning. If you seek a blend of historical charm and modern comfort in a tranquil environment, Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa beckons. Indulge in a rejuvenating getaway where the gentle ambiance and attentive service create a haven for relaxation.
